The upstairs layout is open-plan, combining the kitchen, dining area, and sitting space, and is equipped with an aircon for added comfort. Although there is no TV or streaming services, guests can stay connected with Wi-Fi, making it ideal for a quiet break away from the rush while still having basic convenience.

Outside, Sonbesie is designed for easy holiday living with a private enclosed splash pool, a private enclosed braai area, and outdoor furniture for relaxed meals and evenings under the stars. Bath towels are provided, a potjie pot is available, and the property also includes a water tank for extra peace of mind. Please note the home is not wheelchair friendly due to stairs. Rates start from R1,210 per night (mid-week), with a refundable breakage deposit of R500 and an admin fee of R200 per booking.
