The property is private, secure, and thoughtfully designed for a relaxed and effortless stay. The house and cottage can be rented together or the house only.

• Housekeeping 4 days a week: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday (8:00–14:00) – the cost is included and the service is not negotiable.

• Solar & inverter system (powers the lights, Wi-Fi, TV, and fridge/freezer in the event of a power failure).

Rental Options & Rates:

Short Term Rental of the Whole Property:

• January (1 month rental) - R65 000

• February onwards (a period of up to 2 months) - R38 000 pm

Long term Rental of the Whole Property (1 January to 15 November 2027 – a period of 3 or more months):

• R38 000 per month

Short Term Rental of the House ONLY:

• January (1 month rental) - R55 000

• February onwards for up to 3 months - R31 500 pm

Long term Rental of the House ONLY:

• 1 January to 15 November 2027 at R31 500 per month

Terms & Conditions:

• Advertised rates exclude the cost of electricity usage.

• Maximum occupancy:

o If the whole property it rented: 4 mature adults

o If ONLY the house is rented: 2 mature adults

o Not for people under 35 years of age, teenagers, infants, or babies.

• No pets permitted – including service or emotional support animals

• Self-catering accommodation

• Monthly rentals are strictly per calendar month (no pro-rata apportionments will be considered).

• Security deposit (refundable) is 33% of the rental value; admin fee is R1,500.

• FICA and affordability screening will be done on all applicants.
