Maximum occupancy: 2 mature adults (not for people under 35 years of age, teenagers, infants, or babies)

No pets permitted – including service or emotional support animals

Rental Details:

* Monthly rentals are strictly per calendar month (no pro-rata apportionments will be considered).

* Security deposit (refundable) is 33% of the rental value; admin fee is R1,500.
