* Housekeeping 4 days a week: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday (8:00–14:00) – included and non-negotiable.

Terms & Conditions:

Maximum occupancy: 4 mature adults (not for people under 35 years of age, teenagers, infants, or babies)

No pets permitted – including service or emotional support animals

Rental Details:

* Monthly rentals are strictly per calendar month (no pro-rata apportionments will be considered).

* Security deposit:

** For holiday rentals (0-3 months) = 30% of the rent value.

** For medium term rentals (longer than 90 days) = 2 months' rental
