Availability: Peak season 7 nights or longer, and 1–3 month stays in general

Rates:

* December & January: R60,000 per month or R3,200 per day (minimum 7-night stay)

* November '25 and February'26 – November: R36,750 per month

* Minimum booking: 1 month

* Applicant screening: Standard procedures apply

* Refundable security deposit: Amount depends on booking length (available on enquiry)

Utilities:

* Water & electricity – R1,750 per month (for monthly rentals)

* Gas, garden service, pool service, armed response, Wi-Fi, and Netflix – included

* Housekeeping: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday (8:00–14:00) – included and non-negotiable

Solar & inverter system: Powers lights, Wi-Fi, TV, and fridge/freezer

Payment terms:

* Depend on the length of stay and will be confirmed upon enquiry

* All rental and amenity fees must be paid in advance

Medium-term rentals: Considered on a case-by-case basis

Main house only: Can be rented separately; rate available on request
