This elegant house with a beautiful outside space is available for short and medium term reservations - minimum 7 nights and maximum 3 months.

The spacious bedrooms and bathrooms are airy and bright, and set on the first floor. American shutters work great to regulate the light. The house is suitable for the whole family, however due to the flight of stairs not ideal for people with mobility limitations.

Downstairs is a TV room, large lounge, dining room and open plan kitchen (with door to the double garage) and guest toilet. Sliding doors connect the lounge to the back yard's extended deck and swimming pool. This is a delightful space is framed by ferns, small palms and shrubs and it features a very comfortable outside sitting area.

The kitchen has all the necessary creature comforts to make this an excellent home away from home.

Note that a battery system provides support during load shedding. The rental includes uncapped wifi (fibre) and regular pool & garden maintenance. The TV room features a smart TV for guests to use their own DSTV log-in if required.

The property is a no-smoking zone.

Hermanus Heights is near the Hermanus Country Market, sports facilities, hiking access points to excellent Fernkloof routes and just a 5 minute drive to the Hermanus Waterfront and CBD with it's variety of great restaurants, shops and other amenities.

Terms:

* 2025: Rental includes pool & garden maintenance, house cleaning once a week, water & electricity and wifi.

* Nightly rates are at R4,500 pn for a minimum of 7 nights during the low season.

* Nightly rates between 16 November and 20 December is R5,000 pn.

* A once-off cleaning fee of R850 is payable per reservation (note that this is for a standard post-check-out clean; stains & severe dirt will incur additional costs).

* When guests need cleanings during their stay it can be arranged at R200 per half-day.

* The property is not pet friendly.

* 2026 Availability starts 17 February.

Payment terms:

* Upon signature, a refundable security deposit plus 50% of the total booking cost is payable.

* The balance of the booking cost and cleaning fee is due at 40 days before arrival.
