Transient memberships are available for tenants leasing longer than 3 months in accordance with Fancourt Home Owners Rules as applicable.

1. Minimum period of stay during August – April is 3 months.

2. For a rental period, inclusive of any of the months of November – February (a minimum of R60,000/month for any those months would be applicable)

3. If any of the months mentioned under #2 are proposed in a rental period, then at least 2 of those months would have to be rented.

For example:

• October – December (minimum 3 months and inclusive of 2 months during the November - February), or

• January – March (minimum 3 months and inclusive of 2 months during the November - February period).

4. Outside of the months mentioned under #2 the rate would be R45,000/month.

5. In the instance of a long-term contract, i.e. 12 months, then R40,000/month for 12 months would be applicable.

6. Short term rentals (3 month period) are currently being considered up until the end of April 2027. Only long term rentals will be considered for periods beyond the aforementioned date.
