This room is the heart of the house, with comfortable couches, numerous books to choose from, the piano, a dining table and study nook. A house with beautiful energy and known as 'The House that Thom Built'.

This address in 4th Street is in easy walking distance or a couple of minutes' drive to the popular Voëlklip- & Kammabaai beaches, attractive look-out points around the Mossel River and Kwaaiwater beaches and around the corner from the OK Minimarket. July is the start of whale-season in Hermanus and a great time to visit.

It's position against the Voëlklip mountains is truly special. All three bedrooms (one is en suite) open onto the small backyard through sliding doors and have close-up, unobstructed ocean views.

The kitchen is modern and fitted with the necessary creature comforts to make the perfect home-away-from-home. The bathrooms are beautiful and feature walk-in showers.

A portable Weber is available for guests. The house offers an outdoor shower (for beach days) with warm water. There is space for one vehicle in the garage and more vehicles can park safely next to or in front of the garage.

The property is not pet friendly.

* During December the minimum booking period is 21 nights. The rate of R3,700pn includes wifi, weekly maid service, water & electricity.

Payment terms:

* Security deposit (refundable) is calculated as 33% of the rental cost; payable when reservation is confirmed

* 50% of rental cost is payable when reservation is confirmed

* 50% balance is due at 40 days before occupation
