This double storey house is set against the backdrop of the magnificent Voëlklip mountains, with ocean views from the living room, master bedroom and balcony.

There are 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms house with open plan living areas and kitchen, plus a spacious double garage. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms are upstairs, with one bedroom and two bathrooms downstairs (accessible from the garage). The living area is upstairs and a wall of glass doors open onto the large, ocean-facing balcony.

The house sits to the back of a double plot with a beautiful front yard and amazing mountain view toward the back. The house is barely visible from the road and very private due to dense hedges along the perimeters, but it is not fenced in the front. The back yard is fenced and suitable for pets.

It is worth noting that, like many charming old houses, this one is not perfect - some of the sliding doors may be a little stiff and the water pressure upstairs is low (downstairs is not a problem).

There currently isn't a wifi connection at the property, but long-term tenants are welcome to link up with a service provider.

The property is available for medium to long-term rentals from July 2023 till 14 December 2023, then again from 5 January 2024.
