House let in Onrus

Furnished home available from 1 May till 14 December 2025 (and then again after 4 January 2026). The house is equipped with an inverter and gas geyser.

The house in Viljoen street is welcoming and with an open plan living room, dining room and kitchen. The north facing living room has stacking doors opening to the sunny front patio; a wood fireplace is great during the winter.

Three bedrooms and two bathrooms (one with bath and the other with a walk-in shower) render the house suitable for up to 4 permanent residents, with a guest sleeping space with bunk beds.

The location in old-town Onrus is idyllic and places residents in walking distance to excellent restaurants, quaint shops, Davies' Pool and the Onrus main beach.

While the property can be considered pet friendly, it has only a small yard and is not suitable for large dogs. Special care will have to be taken with furniture and a pet-deposit will be charged to cover possible related damages.

A single garage is used for garden equipment storage but has space for one vehicle (manual garage door) and there is space for a single vehicle in front of the garage, behind the gate.

Terms:

* Please note that applicants will be screened according to standard policies.

* Pets (maximum medium size 2 dogs) are allowed based on owner discretion and a special cleaning deposit of R1,000 is due (and refundable unless required).

* A refundable security deposit of R20,000 and a once-off admin fee (R1,500) is payable once contractual agreement is in place.

* Minimum rental period is 3 months.

* The cost of wifi, water usage and municipal services will be charged monthly (approx R2500pm)
