The house has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a small laundry downstairs. Both bedrooms have French doors to the patio and lead down to the wooden deck with a beautiful rock-face swimming pool, gated jungle gym and large backyard against the mountain view and lagoon backdrop.

Upstairs is the large, open-plan living area and kitchen, with a covered patio and built-in braai - enjoying beautiful views over the lagoon and mountains in the distance. The staircase has a toddler-proof gate and a highchair is available in the dining room. In addition to the features and appliances listed in the kitchen and a reverse-osmosis water filtration system.

The house has solar power which services the home's most important appliances during load-shedding.

The house is north-facing with unobstructed views of Botrivier lagoon, Benguela cove and the surrounding vineyards.

A single garage space is available for tenants and there is plenty of off-street parking available in front of the garage.

Fisherhaven is a quiet, almost undiscovered little village on the Botrivier lagoon, just 14 km from the Whalecoast Mall in Sandbaai and 18 km from the Hermanus CBD and Waterfront.

• The cost of wifi, the security system and a gardener (twice a month) are included in the rental.

• The minimum rental term is 6 months, at the cost of R18,500pm.

• Tenants will be screened according to standard procedures.

• No smoking allowed on the premises.

• Security deposit is 2xmonths' rental and a R1,500 contract fee is payable.
