An open plan garden apartment as part of the ground floor of a larger home, with a small and private yard area. The front door opens to the living area - a narrow room. The apartment has one bedroom with built-in cupboards and a south west facing window, another room doesn't have windows or cupboards and is perhaps more suitable as a study or guest room.

The kitchen is fitted and has a connection for one under-counter appliance (it doesn't have an oven/stove, it is recommended that tenants bring a portable gas stove).

The bathroom is situated between the two rooms and has a shower, toilet and basin.

The kitchen door leads to the courtyard with washing line and outdoor area (currently overgrown and will be tidied up).

The apartment is best suitable for one or two residents. A small dog / cat may be permitted, subject to the discretion of the landlord. Note that the garden require regular maintenance, as part of the tenant's responsibiilty.

Parking is off-street, on the paving in front of the apartment.
