This lovely cottage is on a shared property in Waterfall and offers 1 spacious bedroom as well as a half bedroom next to it, an area ideal for a small office space. The kitchen is large in size with modern cupboards and a washing machine connection. The cupboards in the bedroom are also new. Open plan lounge and dining room and there is an undercover patio at the back of the property.

Water, electricity and Fibre are included in the rental as well as alarm and garden service. Fibre is a 200Meg line.

Please note:

Single mature female tenants only with sober habits.

No dogs permitted.

Regrettably no smoking inside the cottage permitted.

Stove supplied but the tenant would need to supply their own gas for the stove and geyser.

The cottage is right next to the main house on the property.

1 Parking spot is available (not covered).

There are 2 CCTV cameras, 1 at the front and 1 at the back of the cottage for added security.

A domestic worker is available to clean the cottage for an additional R240 per day once a week.

There is cabling for DSTV in the cottage and DSTV would be for the tenant's account.
