Rental includes the cost of water & electricity, municipal services and wifi. An inverter and solar geyser combat loadshedding. The inverter is in a cupboard in the bedroom and makes a soft, low-pitched humming sound which can be soothing to some and bother noise sensitive people at night.

Parking is off the street and suitable for a medium size vehicle. The entrance to the flat is through an enclosed courtyard (with artificial lawn) and into the kitchen.

The full kitchen has good quality appliances (e.g. microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, bar-fridge with freezer compartment, two-plate electrical stove, kettle and toaster) with the necessary cutlery & crockery.

The bedroom offers a queen size bed, television, sofa, chest of drawers and a small breakfast table with two chairs; the bathroom (with shower) is en suite. One set of linen is available for the tenant's use.

Note that cupboard space is limited.
