Hello, I am Yzerfontein agent Sue Smuts and I joined Pam Golding Properties 4 years ago. I specialise in residential rentals in Darling and Yzerfontein, and residential property sales in Grotto Bay, Jakkalsfontein and Yzerfontein.

My husband and I moved to the West Coast 5 years ago for a short stay and have come to love the area so much we have since settled in Yzerfontein permanently.

Prior to pursuing my career in real estate I worked in the wine industry for 15 years. Wine appreciation, especially pairing food and wine, wine service and drinking wine responsibly were my passion. Leaving the wine industry we owned a business in the Garden Route for a number of years before deciding to sell up and move to the West Coast.

Joining Pam Golding Properties with no experience in Real Estate other than owning properties has been a wonderful journey. I qualified as a full status agent eighteen months ago and have established a portfolio of rental properties and sold properties in Grotto Bay, Jakkalsfontein and Yzerfontein.

Placing a good tenant or finding a buyer a home he falls in love with is the most rewarding moment in this industry. I love meeting people from all walks of life, each bringing their unique requirements. As no day is ever the same, I always look forward to the next.

When I am not focused on property, I enjoy my early morning walks, pottery classes, art classes and like to travel when the opportunity arises. My husband and I have been fortunate enough to travel quite extensively, but there are still many parts of the world we would like to visit.

Living in Yzerfontein, my children visit often as it is close to the city and we enjoy spending quality time together.
