Hi, I am Sandra and I have been with Pam Golding Properties since 2013.
I specialize in residential property sales in Wilderness, Hoekwil, Kleinkrantz and Victoria Bay.
I wrote my EAAB Board exam in 2003 and am passionate about the industry.
I began my career in Real Estate many years ago after renovating my first house in Swellendam. I was approached by an estate agent to take up the opportunity to sell property and I loved it from the get go. I proceeded along my career path in the property industry after moving to Stellenbosch, where I focused on the vibrant student sector. I took a sabbatical to take care of my ailing father, and returned to the Real Estate industry after relocating to Onrus in 2013.
The moment I walked into the Pam Golding office in Onrus, I was reminded of my passion for the industry and how much I had missed the property game. I relocated to Wilderness in 2019 and joined Pam Golding Wilderness team.
It is an honour to be part of the remarkable Pam Golding family. I love working with people and take a genuine interest in them. Finding the right home for the right person gives me the deepest satisfaction. I’m a matchmaker of sorts!

I strive to have a positive impact in people’s lives - clients, colleagues, friends, and family.
When I am not selling property, I love spending time with my family. I take advantage of the fresh air and enjoy gardening when the sun is out; and reading, sewing and painting when the sun is down.
