Hi, I’m Esther van der Merwe and I’ve been working with Pam Golding Properties since March 2008. I specialise in residential property sales in Langebaan.
I hold my NQF4 in Real Estate, and have been in the Real Estate industry for 25 years.
When I’m not selling property I enjoy Langebaan and its beauty. I appreciate the beach, sunsets, visits with friends and family and am very fond of being creative. I like to sew and design dresses, and have just recently started painting. I am a true home maker, and very creative in every sense of the word.
I extend my creative passion into my love for property. I share my design insight with buyers and sellers. I am able to assist a seller in adding little touches to prepare their home to be sale ready, and I am able to show the potential in a property to a buyer who may be hesitant in their purchase.
Every client is equally important to me. They each bring their unique requirements to every transaction, and no two sales are the same. It bring me great satisfaction when I successfully conclude a sale with both buyer and seller agreeing to an acceptable price which benefits both.
