Before joining Pam Golding, my husband and I ran our family business in the building industry, for 17 years, during which time, I learnt how important customer service is. I developed a keen interest in property and decided to pursue real estate in a more direct fashion, as a rental agent.
I understand that no matter how big or small the property, it is a landlord’s largest asset and securing a suitable tenant for his/her property, is of great importance to me. At the same time, I am also aware that finding a new home can be an exciting but daunting experience for the prospective tenant. My attention to detail, organizational skills and dedication to meet both landlords’ and tenants’ needs ensures a successful business relationship for all parties. My previous work experience has taught me that understanding the clients’ needs and striving to deliver quality person-to-person service has to be my number one priority.
For me, viewing a new property is like opening a gift. Seeing people falling in love with a property, and finding their perfect new home, is the most rewarding part of my job. In my spare time, I love being with my family, having a braai and walking my attention-seeking dogs. I’m also fond of strolling through markets or experiencing the vibrant energy of theatre.
I aim to ensure that tenants have a smooth transition into their new home, make a memorable and joyous experience, and a time for new beginnings. My goal is to build long-lasting relationships which will lead to repeat business from satisfied landlords and tenants.
