Hi, I’m Lynette and I have been working with Pam Golding Properties since 2007. I specialise in residential property sales in Wellington.  I have been a resident of Wellington for the past 35 years. Combined with almost 20 years’ experience of property sales in the area, I can proudly say I know the town by heart.

I pride myself with sound values and strive for continuous improvement on an ongoing basis; whether it be in my day-to-day dealings with both buyers and sellers, or in my daily life. Knowing the market gives me the edge to achieve the results my clients are looking for.

It brings me great joy in finding the perfect home for my buyers, partnering the right buyer with the right seller. My support and understanding of each person’s needs do not end when the contract is signed. It is that extra attention to detail long after the contract is concluded that makes Real Estate the perfect job for me.

Through my career in Real Estate with Pam Golding Properties I have been awarded numerous accolades. I have achieved Gold Club Status for 15 consecutive years, as well as achieving highest number of unit sales consistently throughout those years.

When I am not taking clients around town introducing them to their prospective homes, I enjoy spending time outdoors, from jogging to horse riding. I embrace quiet moments with a good book. I believe in a good balance between work and family time, so ensure to spend quality time with friends and family.
