I live in Cape Town, and I sell homes in the few streets I know best: the V&A Waterfront, Mouille Point and the Waterclub.
This focus is deliberate. In sectional title, much of an apartment's value lies in details most agents never learn: how the body corporate is run, where levies are heading, whether the rules allow short-term letting, which units will keep their sea view, and which side of a building takes the full force of the south-easter. I make it my business to know these things block by block, because that knowledge protects a seller's price and a buyer's investment.
I've been with Pam Golding Properties since 2005. Initially running support services and training for franchise, and then for 9 years, I headed our Marketing division for the Boland & Overberg territory, which gave me an understanding of how property is positioned and sold that most agents never get to build. I joined residential sales in 2017, and in 2024 I brought that experience home to the Atlantic Seaboard, and now work from our Waterfront Office. I have been recognised for my sales performance as an Elite GoldClub agent as well as Emerald Circle status (top 1%) - an exclusive group of top-performing agents within the group.
I'm also part of the neighborhood I sell. I sponsor the Mouille Point Ratepayers Association as well as their security vehicle and keep a close eye on what's changing along Beach Rd and the Waterfront.
