Terri Greeff

Hi, I am Terri. I am passionate about selling property in every area, every style, Developments, freestanding, land... whether in mint condition or in need of some TLC. My motto is “for every pot, there is a well-fitting lid”. My job affords me the opportunity of finding that lid.  Sometimes the lid with the right fit is found promptly, and sometimes it takes a bit longer, and a little more work. That’s where I come in. And I love it!

I have been in the Real Estate business for a total of 16 years. It has become my passion. I have been fortunate enough to work under the Pam Golding umbrella for the past 5 years and enjoy the professionalism and efficiency that this brand brings to our industry. I have been fortunate enough to win Agent of the Year 5 times in KwaZulu-Natal and been in the top 3, nationally, twice.

My phone is never on silent. I answer calls whenever my phone rings and am seriously committed to my clients who put their faith in me and trust me with their most valuable assets - their homes. I am most grateful to all my clients who have been responsible for steering my successful career.

Live Remarkable.

“Thank you so much for your assistance and diligence in getting our house sold promptly and stress-free. You have been a pleasure to deal with and my whole family are grateful for you going the extra mile for us. When we are next back in Durban, we will definitely pop in and see you.”

“We had the pleasure of dealing with Terri when purchasing our home in Somerset Park. We had dealt with estate agents before & had some bad experiences, however dealing with her was quite the opposite. She spent time explaining the process right from the beginning & when we had a problem with the garage door of our new home she came to our rescue & assisted in having it repaired”

“When you are joyful, when you say yes to life and have fun and project positivity all around you, you become a sun in the center of every constellation, and people want to be near you.
