I have been with Pam Golding Properties in Umhlanga since 2003 and bring more than 35 years of experience in real estate, together with a background in property development. I specialise in residential property in Umhlanga, Umdloti, Sibaya and the surrounding KwaZulu-Natal North Coast, where I have built my business through long-standing relationships, referrals and a deep understanding of the local property market.
I am proud to be a GoldClub 15 Year Elite Agent and have achieved GoldClub recognition for 18 years. Throughout my career, I have been fortunate to receive a number of significant accolades, including Highest Sales Value and Most Referrals in KwaZulu-Natal in 2008, National Agent of the Year Finalist in 2013, and KwaZulu-Natal GoldClub Agent in 2023. In 2024, I achieved Second Runner Up in KwaZulu-Natal for Exclusive Mandates – Highest Value.
I am also proud to be part of an award-winning office. Pam Golding Properties Durban North & Umhlanga was named National Office of the Year (Franchise, Large) in 2020, 2024 and 2025, and has achieved Regional Office of the Year by sales value for ten consecutive years, from 2017 to 2026. My experience extends beyond residential sales. Having a background in property development, I have developed a strong understanding of new developments, investment opportunities, market trends and the factors that influence property values across Umhlanga and the North Coast. I am actively involved in the local development landscape and currently work with developers, including as part of the Signature Sibaya development team.
