Hi, I am Nico and I’ve been a proud Pam Golding Properties real estate agent since December 2017. I specialise in residential and commercial sales in the Umhlanga area but more specifically Umdloti where I reside. I fell in love with the small and peaceful town of Umdloti and its people. It has such a laid-back atmosphere with a close community spirit.
After spending a year in the Lakes District, England on a working holiday I returned back to SA to study fine arts. I then worked in an artistic environment at an interior designer and artistic painting company and believe my knowledge in these sectors adds value to assist clients with visualising potential lifestyle accommodation and/or entertainment space. I started my career in real estate in my hometown in Mpumalanga in 2013 and moved to KZN in 2015. I worked at Engel & Voelkers from 2015 but when the opportunity to join Pam Golding Properties presented itself, the timing could not have been better. I started working with them in December 2017. I was awarded top achiever at Engel & Voelkers in 2016 and since I started working at Pam Golding, I received the following awards, Agent of the month: May 2018 and April 2019, Agent of the Quarter: Third place August 2018 and Second place January 2019, GoldClub Status 2019.
