I have chosen a career in property because I previously had 16 years of sales experience in selling holidays out of a book and enjoyed painting pictures in client’s minds. I now have the opportunity to actually show the property to the client. I won’t say it’s easy but every time I step into a property with a client, I still feel that excitement I did the first time I took a client out.
I have completed my course in real estate through the Jill Corefield school of real estate and obtained my NQF4 and will eventually have my NQF5 within the next 2 years. Now with my 29 years of sales experience, I feel as though I have the expertise to meet a client’s property needs. I grew up on the north coast in La Mercy and I am well in touch with the community of both La Mercy and Umdloti.
The most recent property I listed and sold was in just one month with a commission of 7.5% and that was an achievement for me as I had a willing buyer and a willing seller and yes the place needed work so I got contractors to quote and then we were able to negotiate a sale between both parties without the seller having to do any work on the property. All parties were very happy indeed.
What I love most about my chosen career in real estate is that I am all about the brand and status and that is why I chose the best real estate company in the world.
