I was recruited by Pam Golding Properties after I resigned from my profession as a Social Worker. I took this opportunity because the work hours are flexible and it still allows me to be a full time mom. I am a bubbly and fun person to be around and truly love what I do. The experience and exposure that one gets in this line of work is absolutely amazing. I enjoy dressing smartly and appropriately when meeting clients. I believe you have to always look and be professional around prospective buyers and sellers as it assists in giving you confidence when doing business as an agent.
I’ve been involved in the real estate industry since 2006 and have been exempted from the NQF4 real estate qualification. I have a BA Degree in Social Work which I received at Fort Here University. My previous profession and experience has given me the ability to be a good listener and have patience when working with people. Having this experience comes in handy when working with my clients in my existing profession as an estate agent. My most recent sales took place in Golden Acres to the value of R3.4 million, Haenertsburg to the value of R3.9 million and another in Tzaneen which I sold for R5.4 million.
What I love most about my job is being able to get the opportunity to meet and interact with new people who need to either buy or sell their properties as well as bringing my expertise to the table to ensure that both parties are happy with the service I am delivering. Each new client I deal with I make sure to provide feedback on a regular basis in order to guarantee that each transaction is successfully.
