Good day, I’m Lilize Erasmus and I’ve been working with Pam Golding Properties since 2015. I specialise in sales and rentals in Tzaneen. I began my career in real estate in 2013 and joined Pam Golding Properties as an estate agent in March of 2015. I specialise in the Tzaneen and Limpopo areas. I have completed my NQF4 qualification early in 2016 and will soon complete my Estate Agency Affairs Board exam. In addition to my real estate qualification I also have a Diploma in Beauty Therapy.
I love every aspect of the real estate environment and being the connection between the buyer and seller. Making both buyer and seller happy is one of my biggest goals I love to achieve. I enjoy helping people and making their dreams come true. To me making a positive difference is much more important than just the selling or renting a property. I cherish the “joy of giving” philosophy which is part of the Pam Golding Properties brand.
When I’m not helping my clients I enjoy hiking, running and participating in formal and informal exercises. I love all things running, from a morning run to participating in an organized event. I ensure I am always doing something productive! I also love cooking, seeing new places and entertaining my family and friends.
I am very passionate about people in need, children, nature conservation and social upliftment programs in my community. I love to see the joy on people’s faces and find it most rewarding making a difference in their lives. I strive to make the world around me a better place.
