I am Briggitta Baard, a proud agent of Pam Golding Properties in Swakopmund. I specialise in the sales of residential and commercial properties, which I have been doing since 2012 in Swakopmund. I am very family orientated, and most of my spare time is enjoyed with my husband and my daughters and grandchildren, in South Africa and Namibia. We recently acquired a partnership in a 7000ha lifestyle farm in the Khomas Hochland, where we are currently building a cottage in the mountains.

I am a very honest and trustworthy person and pride myself by working in a very professional and ethical manner. My integrity is of the utmost importance to me. My aim is to find and assist my clients in their search for their dream home. My service extends to well after the sale has been completed, I will go the extra mile to help and assist where I can.

I am originally from Port Elizabeth and moved to Cape Town where I studied Beauty Therapy at the Cape Technicon with the iconic Isa Carstens in 1976. I began my experience in selling property in 2005 for Durbanville Real Estates, where I worked for 2 years. Since then, I have found myself drawn to working closely with people during all of my professional ventures. I have experience in the hospitality and catering industry, co-managing a lodge in the North of Namibia with my husband for 3 years. During our tenure we were awarded the Diners Club International award as the best managed Lodge in Namibia in 2008.

I understand people’s needs and quickly ascertain what people are looking for. I will always assist my clients where I can and offer an all-encompassing service, which does not stop even after they have purchased their home. I am very passionate about helping people find their dream home. Finding the right property for the client and sharing their joy gives me such great satisfaction!

I make friends easily and have clients for life through offering a personable and professional service.

I hold my NEAB Estate Agents certificate, and I have working experience in the industry since 2012. Every sale feels as exhilarating as the first! It is an extremely rewarding experience to make a buyer’s dream come true, and I look forward to assisting you in fulfilling your property dreams. 

I have reached Gold Club Status three times in a row, 2022, 2023 & 2024, as well as the PGP Conference distinction twice for outstanding achievements in the company.
