Hi, I am Marelise Visagie and I have been specializing in the Stellenbosch property market for the last 22 years. I was born in Stellenbosch and had the privilege to enjoy my primary and high school education locally whereafter I qualified as a teacher at the University of Stellenbosch (B Prim Ed & Honours Sport Science). I love the town with its abundance of outdoor recreational activities, buzzing student life and well known cultural and heritage attractions.
My family and my home are two of the most important aspects of my life. I find spending time with family and friends rejuvenating and joyful. In my spare time, I love spending time in nature and peaceful surroundings walking our dogs, hiking, camping, water skiing, enjoying physical activities and fresh air in order to charge my batteries. I am blessed to live on the edge of the Jonkershoek valley, the Eerste River and the Nature reserve.
I have always strived to support and guide my clients in ensuring that their property experience is enjoyable, professional and with the least disruption possible. I strive to be on top of my game, by assisting my clients in investing or selling a property. I strongly believe in after-sale service and enjoy the referral business that I have established over the years. I always try to put myself in the clients’ shoes to give them peace of mind in making these important decisions.
