Hello, I am Louise Varga and I have been working at Pam Golding Properties since 1994. I began my career as a “Rookie Sales Agent” and was soon appointed as the Development Manager for the Boland and Overberg areas. I became the Branch Manager of our Stellenbosch office in 1998, and in 2013 the management of Somerset West, Strand and Gordon’s Bay was added to my portfolio.
I specialise in residential developments. Successfully concluding a wide scope of product typology in my portfolio of over 60 projects, of the better known; would include golf course estate such as De Zalze, Pearl Valley, Silwerstrand and Arabella. Pioneering apartment blocks including Andringa Walk and The Birkenhead. Conventional security estate such as Brandwacht aan Rivier, Digterby and Perlemoenbaai; and equivalently; modest price range offerings including Ocean Peak and Strand Close.
My attention to detail has proven to be a valuable asset when working with new developments, as the smallest detail could be the deciding factor on a development’s success.
My passion for the industry, and personally striving to be a true reflection of the Pam Golding essence is what drives me. I currently manage 58 agents, proudly supporting and motivating them to be the best they can be. As Pam herself once said, “Challenges do not create character, it reveals it”. It is an honour to be a valued member of a leading organisation. I consciously endeavour to provide innovative, creative and trend-setting leadership. As an award-winning manager, I set the pace for my agents.
When I have the time, I love reading – I read everything, with History being my favourite subject. I unwind with some gardening, the beauty of nature is always humbling. My husband and I have been happily married for over 30 years. I feel a deep endearment towards all animals, they are truly God’s creatures.
