Hello, I’m Karine Swiegers. I have been working in real estate since 2003 and have been with Pam Golding Properties since 2014. I specialise in full-title, upmarket residential homes in Mostertsdrift and the greater Stellenbosch area. I also enjoy marketing and selling sectional title student and lifestyle apartments in the town centre and on the Stellenbosch University campus.
Born in South Africa and raised in Namibia, I later returned to Stellenbosch, where I obtained an Honours BSc degree from Stellenbosch University. Before entering the real estate industry, I worked as a teacher at Rhenish Girls’ High School and as a lecturer at UWC and the Cape Technikon. In 1990, I settled in Mostertsdrift with my husband, Gerhard Swiegers.
We have two children—one currently working at Stellenbosch University and the other living abroad. I have a passion for photography and greatly enjoy connecting with people.
With over twenty years of experience as a real estate agent in Stellenbosch, primarily in Mostertsdrift, I take great pride in my work and am always ready to embrace new challenges. Over the years, I have successfully sold numerous homes in Mostertsdrift and take pride in showcasing these exceptional properties while acting as an ambassador for our beautiful town and its surroundings.
