Hello, I'm Karine Swiegers. I have been working with Pam Golding since 2014. I specialise in full-title upmarket residential homes in Mostertsdrift and Stellenbosch, but enjoy selling sectional title student - and lifestyle apartments in the town centre, as well as on the Stellenbosch University campus.
Born in South Africa and raised in Namibia, I returned to Stellenbosch and obtained a Hons.BSc-degree from Stellenbosch University. I worked as a teacher at Rhenish Girls' High School and as a lecturer at UWC and the Cape Technicon before I settled down with my husband, Gerhard Swiegers, in our home in Mostertsdrift in 1990. I have two children who also live in Stellenbosch and are both students. I love photography and the company of people.
I have thirteen years’ experience as a real estate agent in Stellenbosch mostly in Mostertsdrift. I thoroughly enjoy my work and I'm always willing to take on a new challenge. I have sold a vast number of homes in Mostertsdrift over the years and I'm able to showcase our upmarket homes and act as an ambassador for our beautiful town and surroundings.
