Hello, I’m Dawid, I was born and raised in Dorp Street, Stellenbosch. I matriculated at Paul Roos Gymnasium in 1998 and decided to attend the university of life while traveling the world. I bought my first property in Stellenbosch at the age of 19, by sending money home every month to help cover the bond. After 11 years abroad I decided to come back to Stellenbosch, settle down and start a family with my beautiful wife, Lizanne Fourie (Pam Golding Properties Emerald Agent). Together we bought and renovated many properties over the years and to this day own student houses and heritage properties in central Stellenbosch. This led me to the construction industry for 15 years.
I have gained a wealth of knowledge and experience in construction, interior design and design within this area, from home renovations in Mostertsdrift to five-star restaurants and hotel accommodation on exclusive wine estates to heritage home restoration and air bnb apartments in the CBD. This experience led me to become an agent for Pam Golding Properties in 2023, a role that perfectly complements my personal- and family-life in the winelands.
My passion for this region is driven by its remarkable architecture, incredible natural beauty, diverse community, world-class restaurants, wine estates, and sophisticated culture, all of which inspires me to promote life in Stellenbosch.
