Hello, I’m Clarence and I’ve been working with Pam Golding Properties since 2013. I was born in Durban and raised in Pretoria, where I attended university and completed my BComm (Acc), BComm Hons (Accounting) & CTA (Certificate in the Theory of Accountancy) degrees. I completed my articles at PricewaterhouseCoopers, and hold a Professional Practitioner in Real Estate qualification.
I enjoy travel, good wine and food, sports and outdoor activities, and spending time with family and friends. I’ve dabbled in a various business ventures including Junk Mail publishing, fruit exporting, I started my own business consultancy practice - accounting, tax etc. and ventured into property development and construction in Paarl and Franschhoek. I also ventured into winemaking before I joined the world of real estate.
I entered the real estate industry with Pam Golding Properties as a specialist in the agricultural sector, specialising in farms, small holdings and lifestyle farms.
I understand business and the importance of networking in our industry and maintaining good relationships.
