Hello, I am Suzette Kruger, specialising in the rental and sales market in Stellenboch for the last ten years where the matchmaking of property and people has become my forte. Although not born and bred in the Boland, this area quickly became home with the beautiful Winelands as the playing field of wonderful memories for my family and I, and Pam Golding Properties as my mentor and employer.
I am a communication Science graduate, have a Higher Education Diploma, did various sales and marketing courses and am a qualified Professional Practitioner in Real Estate. With my experience in the field of marketing, construction, consulting and business management, I can assist and guide landlords and buyers in managing their property as well as investment choices.
I pride myself in looking after a landlord’s property as though it were my own, keeping the repair and maintenance expenditure to a minimum, while keeping the property in mint condition. I make a Property Portfolio work for landlords, ensuring that they do not need to micro-manage their assets. My support to landlords in the marketing and selling of their properties, gives me the edge in service delivery. Clients appreciate the intellect, care and assistance I bring in letting and buying a property.

I was privileged to start my path on the national leader board in 2019/2020 as second runner-up for both the Highest Rental by Units and Agent of the Year by Value as well as Highest Gold Club by Value accomplished by an Agent. Being awarded the title of National Agent of the Year by Value for 2022/2023 was a highlight, though the ultimate accolade was being awarded Emerald Circle Status as recognition to the top performing agents within the Pam Golding Properties Group for the last two years.
When not busy with real estate, my life is filled with the joy and liveliness of my two sons, my pets, nature, reading, good food, family, friends and a passion for the good and beautiful things in life.
