Natasha Wright

Hi, I’m Natasha and I live in Somerset West and specialise in residential rentals in the Stellenbosch area. I joined Pam Golding Properties on 13 October 2003, bringing with me a long and varied journey within the property industry.

My career in real estate began in an administrative role at the Bredasdorp branch, before moving to Somerset West as a receptionist. Over the years, I progressed through various administrative positions, which gave me a strong operational foundation and a deep understanding of how the industry functions behind the scenes. In 2013, I moved into sales as a property agent, and by 2016 I joined the Stellenbosch team to assist with rental administration. By 2018, I began building my own rental portfolio, where I discovered my true niche.

I have always been drawn to the legal and administrative side of property, particularly the structure and detail involved in rentals. It is an area that naturally suits me, combining process, compliance, and people. What keeps me engaged is the balance between these elements and the opportunity to solve problems while guiding both landlords and tenants through what can often be a complex process.

I would describe myself as kind, dependable, and quietly determined. I may be reserved, but I am approachable, calm, and deeply committed to doing things properly. I take pride in being organised, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven, and I always aim to ensure a smooth and considered experience for everyone involved.

What I value most is trust, honesty, and consistency. I care about people feeling supported and understood throughout the rental process, and I always strive to achieve the right outcome for all parties.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, walking and hiking, reading, and exploring the Cape’s wine farms, beaches, and natural surroundings.
