My journey with Pam Golding Properties began in Durban North, where I quickly rose through the ranks, achieving Gold Club status in just my second year and ranking among the top 20 agents in KwaZulu-Natal. Since that first achievement, I've proudly maintained Gold Club status every year, a reflection of my commitment to delivering exceptional results and consistently exceeding my clients' expectations.

Now, after two incredible years working in St Francis, I'm proud to specialise in Cape St Francis, St Francis on Sea, Santareme and Port St Francis. Over this time, I've developed an in-depth understanding of these unique areas, their property markets, and the lifestyle that makes them such sought-after destinations.

For me, property has always been about people. Buying or selling a home is one of life's biggest decisions, and I believe trust, honesty and genuine relationships are the foundation of every successful transaction. My connection to St Francis is deeply personal. Growing up with parents who are both highly respected in the local property industry—my father, Neil Fox, was a leading agent in Cape St Francis for more than a decade, while my mother, Lois Fox, has been a cornerstone of the St Francis property market, earning Gold Club 15 Year Elite status and Emerald Circle status—I have been immersed in real estate from a young age. I've spent every December holiday in St Francis since I was six years old, and today I'm fortunate to call this incredible area both my home and my workplace.

With a BCom in Marketing, I bring a strong marketing background to every property I represent, ensuring each home receives maximum exposure through strategic, professional marketing tailored to today's market.

As a fully qualified estate agent, having successfully completed my PDE qualification, I'm committed to providing honest advice, exceptional service and professional guidance throughout every stage of the property journey.
