I’m thrilled to share that I’ve joined the Pam Golding Properties St Francis Bay team! My journey began at Pam Golding Properties Durban North, where I quickly rose through the ranks, achieving Gold Club status in just my second year and ranking among the top 20 agents in KZN.
At 38, I bring a youthful energy and a fresh perspective to the team, which now consists of nine members. I’m excited to step into the role of Cape St Francis Specialist, taking over from Alastair Stuart-White, who has shifted focus to Industrial and Smallholdings.
I’ll be collaborating closely with Johan Viljoen, our Santareme and Port Specialist. We’ll be supporting each other, with Johan’s expertise in Santareme and the Port complementing my focus on Cape St Francis, and vice versa.
My connection to St Francis is deeply personal. Growing up with parents who are deeply entrenched in the property world—my father, Neil Fox, was a leading agent in Cape St Francis for over ten years, and my mother, Lois Fox, has been a cornerstone of the local property scene, earning Gold Club 15 Year Elite status and, recently, Emerald Circle status—I’ve been immersed in real estate from a young age. I’ve spent every December holiday in Cape St Francis since I was six, giving me a profound connection to the area. My love for the outdoors, whether it’s running in the reserve, enjoying the beach, or exploring the Wildside, enriches my understanding of the local community.
With a BCom in Marketing, I bring strong marketing skills to the table, along with a background as a National Ice Skating Champion and a coach of the South African ice skating team. This diverse experience has shaped my dynamic approach to property and people.
As a fully qualified estate agent, having successfully passed the final PDE exam, I’m eager to contribute to the team as a trusted advisor. My goal is to guide clients through every step of their property journey with integrity and expertise.
