I’m Isabel Roesch and I’ve been working with Pam Golding Properties in Springbok since 2013. I specialise in rentals, residential and agricultural sales in Springbok, Kleinsee, Pofadder and Hondeklip Bay. When I’m not assisting clients my family and I enjoy going camping as well as exploring our beautiful area. I enjoy gardening and you will often find me relocating plants. Before moving to Springbok I worked with a few other real estate companies where I was either an estate agent, did listings only and or photography. We moved to Springbok in 2013 and started working for Pam Golding Properties later that year. I hold a National Diploma in Agricultural Research and have successfully obtained my Professional Practitioner in Real Estate certificate, I have also passed the PDE4 exam and now operate as a full status agent.
My gentle manner and patience has won over many a client. I pride myself in being professional, sincere and honest with all my clients. We work with many of the farm owners and a keen interest in their land is very valuable as well as having a qualification in agriculture has helped me to keep a conversation going. Being a keen gardener has also helped win the trust of many a home owner who’s garden is their pride and joy.
I am very proud to have been involved in the sale of various farms in our area to the commission of land reform and thus also being able to assist in establishing upcoming farmers in our areas. I am also currently the photographer in our office and have been very fortunate to see each and every listing when photographing them.
