Shelly Keys

Shelly Keys is the Area Manager for four Pam Golding Properties branches across Cape Town: Southern Suburbs, Southern Peninsula, Hout Bay and Llandudno, and the West Coast including Langebaan. She has worked in real estate since 2005 and joined Pam Golding Properties in 2017, building her leadership around one idea, that lasting success in property comes from investing in people.

Before real estate, Shelly worked in Human Resources and Marketing, a foundation that still shapes how she leads. Across her career she has worked in sales, operations and strategic growth, giving her a rounded view of the property business that she draws on to support agents and branch teams with practical, grounded advice.

Under her leadership, the Southern Suburbs branch was named Large Branch of the Year in 2021, 2023 and 2025, and a further branch was named Small Branch of the Year for four consecutive years from 2021 to 2024. Shelly herself was named Manager of the Year in 2021 and 2023, recognition she puts down to the people she leads rather than to herself. In the 2026 financial year, the branches under her management achieved combined sales exceeding R3.5 billion.

Shelly is known across Cape Town's Southern Suburbs, Southern Peninsula, Hout Bay, Llandudno and West Coast property markets for mentoring area specialist agents and building teams that combine high standards with genuine support. She believes people do their best work when they feel backed, challenged and free to grow their own business, and that belief runs through every branch she manages.
