Samantha Nel

I am Samantha Nel, an Area Manager with Pam Golding Properties in Cape Town, with more than 30 years of experience in the property industry.

Throughout my career with Pam Golding Properties, I have held senior positions including Deputy Branch Manager and National Referrals Manager before taking on my current Area Manager role. I provide strategic and operational leadership across PGP offices in the Western Cape, with a focus on business performance, people development, compliance, risk management and maintaining the professional standards of the Pam Golding Properties brand.

A particular area of expertise for me is property development. I have extensive experience in the marketing and sale of new developments across Cape Town and the Western Cape, providing strategic guidance to developers, sellers and property professionals throughout the property process.

I also bring a legal background to my work as a qualified conveyancer, giving me a strong understanding of property law and the conveyancing process. This experience is particularly valuable when navigating complex property transactions and negotiations.

Developing people is another important part of my role. I am passionate about mentoring estate agents and helping them build the knowledge, skills and professional standards needed to establish long and successful careers in real estate. I work closely with agents on strategy, negotiations, opportunities and challenging transactions.

My leadership has been recognised through Pam Golding Properties national awards. I was named National Branch Manager of the Year in 2021 and 2023. The Southern Suburbs office was also recognised as National Office of the Year in 2026, with further national office and management recognition across recent years.

I am registered with the PPRA as a Full Status FFC property practitioner.

My focus is on building high performing teams, developing people and delivering professional property expertise while maintaining a positive, collaborative and supportive working environment.
