Hello, I am Michelle du Toit. I am thrilled to be a part of the Pam Golding Properties family, as a resident agent looking after buyers and sellers in the Kirstenhof, Lakeside and Klein Wassenaar areas.
A Capetonian through and through, I was raised and am now raising my own family in the Southern Suburbs, and have a solid understanding of the area. Almost two decades working on the other end of property – development - with most of it spent developing residential and commercial properties, have given me a good foundation and understanding of the property market. The past 10 years have provided an interesting bridging opportunity, with an emphasis on sustainability within the built environment, which coupled with my background in town planning allows for a well-rounded approach to property and the local residential market.
I am passionate about people and the planet, and am known by many in the community as the engine behind Barefoot Rescue, a small animal rescue based in the heart of the Kirstenhof. When not hand raising kittens or doing other rescues, I enjoy wildlife photography, spending time in nature and listening to music.
I look forward to being able to provide the local property market with relevant advice, and matching the needs of local buyers and sellers.
