"Good morning, I thought it fitting to make a comment on the experience I’ve had with Louise during the course of selling my house and to a lesser extent, buying my new one. In September 2025 I started the process of selling my house in the village here in Wynberg. I engaged several agents to give me a valuation and then charged them with the task of finding me another place to live. Louise was professional, charming and was well acquainted with the Wynberg area. I was a reluctant seller and mover and I think Louise recognised my dilemma and tried to find me a suitable place but to no avail. I then in early 2026 decided to postpone the sale process to later in the year when I would be in the right frame of mind. Louise maintained contact with me throughout this period even though there were few opportunities for a sale. Once I finally decided to sell – so I could compete in the buying process – I gave Louise the mandate to sell my property. She leapt to the task and understood my low-key level of house showing. Louise was very good at steering me through the process and was important in securing early viewing and submitting an offer for a property to buy, with the coordination of her colleagues Michael and Tasha, But because PGP had managed to get me an early viewing I was able to put in an offer straight away which was competitive and we subsequently managed to navigate a slightly tense and difficult deal. So,in future, I would recommend Louise as an experienced and well connected agent and I am pleased that she has been part of this harrowing process that in the end took 10 days from sale to purchase!
