Leonie Julius is a Full Status Property Practitioner with Pam Golding Properties, specialising in residential property in Mowbray and Rosebank.
She holds a BCom from UNISA and brings more than 20 years of experience in sales, marketing and advertising, gained both in South Africa and internationally in the UK and USA. This extensive commercial background has given her a strong understanding of communication, client relationships, marketing and the importance of building trust.
She transitioned into the real estate industry in 2018, embracing a new professional chapter and developing her expertise in property sales. In 2023, she joined Pam Golding Properties after relocating from Johannesburg to Mbombela, and has since relocated to Cape Town, where she is part of the Pam Golding Properties Southern Suburbs team.
Her combination of property experience and a long background in sales and marketing allows her to approach property transactions with a strong focus on communication, presentation, client service and understanding individual requirements.
She believes that building and earning trust is essential to every successful client relationship. Whether helping buyers identify a property that suits their needs or assisting sellers through the sales process, she takes a personal and considered approach.

Outside of real estate, Leonie enjoys island holidays and staying active. Walking, working out and indoor cycling are among the ways she enjoys maintaining balance and finding her own sense of calm.
