Hi, I am Lee-Ann Trout and I’ve been working with Pam Golding Properties since 2002. I specialise in residential development sales in the Southern Suburbs. When I’m not selling or showing clients around a potential property, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, watching a good movie or taking a stroll enjoying Mother Nature in this beautiful city we call home.
I started my career at Pam Golding Properties as an agent assistant and worked in the Southern Suburbs Projects division for several years. My focus was always to learn and increase my knowledge of the industry and the market and to eventually become an Estate Agent. In 2007 was given the opportunity of working directly with the development director and being directly mentored by her. This proved to be invaluable experience in the practical aspects of selling and marketing developments.
In 2015 I completed my NQF4 qualification and have been involved during this time in the sales of several popular lifestyle developments from early planning and pre sales to final completion and handover. Developments that we have successfully marketed and sold include The Quadrant , MontClare Place- Claremont and currently Pinelands Grove in Pinelands. My area of specialisation is developments, new and existing, in the Southern Suburbs, both sectional title and off-plan sales.
More recently we have widened our development horizon to incorporate retirement developments.
I love sales, marketing and meeting people and have the privilege of working in an environment where the two go hand in hand. My expertise and experience offers my clients honest, knowledgeable and personal advice.
