Lee Ann Trout is a residential development sales specialist with Pam Golding Properties, specialising in property developments across Cape Town's Southern Suburbs. She has been with Pam Golding Properties since 2002 and has built extensive experience in development sales, marketing and the Southern Suburbs property market.
Lee Ann began her career with Pam Golding Properties as an agent assistant in the Southern Suburbs Projects division, where she developed her knowledge of the property industry, development sales and local market. In 2007, she was given the opportunity to work directly with the development director and was mentored in the practical aspects of marketing and selling residential developments.
She completed her NQF4 qualification in 2015 and has since been involved in the sales of several residential lifestyle developments, from early planning and pre sales through to final completion and handover.
Her development experience includes a diverse portfolio of residential and retirement developments, including The Quadrant, Quadrant Gardens Retirement, MontClare Place in Claremont, Pinelands Grove in Pinelands, The Marlow on Mill in Newlands, and Westrock in Langebaan. Her specialisation includes new and existing residential developments in the Southern Suburbs, with experience in both sectional title and off plan sales. More recently, her development work has also extended to retirement developments.
Lee Ann combines practical development experience with a strong understanding of sales and marketing. She enjoys working with developers, buyers and other stakeholders throughout the development process and provides honest, knowledgeable and personal advice.
Her approach is professional and hands on, with a focus on understanding each client's requirements and helping them navigate the property process with clarity and confidence.
For buyers, Lee Ann provides guidance when considering sectional title, off plan and new development opportunities. For developers, her experience across planning, marketing, pre sales, sales and completion provides a practical understanding of the development sales journey.
Outside of real estate, Lee Ann enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching films and exploring Cape Town's natural surroundings.
