Hi, I’m Greg Shiffer. I have been with the Sectional Title team since 2019, specialising in sales throughout the Southern Suburbs. Within my first year at Pam Golding, I was awarded the top accolade for Most Sales New Recruit, and have since been awarded the Agent of the Year Award for most residential sales in 2019, 2020 and 2021 in the Western Cape.
I have been matching people with the right properties for 16 years and I am extremely excited to be a part of South Africa’s leading property agency.
A proud member of Pam Golding Properties’ Southern Suburbs Sectional Title team and having grown up in the area, I love the beautiful, leafy suburbs, the mountain views and especially the warm, friendly people who live there. I have always been passionate about property, making this as much a hobby as it is a career. The constantly evolving property industry means that every day brings new challenges, keeping me excited and enthusiastic. Helping clients find their dream homes is my ultimate reward, but I am also very driven about meeting my personal targets – motivation which led to me recently achieving the highest number of sales for Pam Golding Properties Western Cape.
My spare time is essentially Cape Town 101: beachfront and mountain dog walks, Oranjezicht Organic Market on Saturday mornings and Bree street on 1st Thursdays with friends to kickstart the new month.
