I’m Grant Trompeter, I began my career in 2004 in the vibrant Rondebosch community, where I spent six fulfilling years helping sellers achieve top market prices and finding buyers their ideal homes. My time in Rondebosch helped me cultivate a deep understanding of the local market and a passion for helping clients make pivotal life decisions.
From there, I was invited to work in Constantia Upper, one of South Africa’s most prestigious areas, known for its historic wine estates and exceptional luxury properties. This opportunity allowed me to hone my skills in selling and negotiation, working with high-net-worth clients and handling high-value transactions with precision and care.
My sales success stems from the trust I build with my clients and the unwavering work ethic I bring to every transaction. I pride myself on providing a reliable, knowledgeable, and personalized service that meets each client’s unique needs.
The call to return to Rondebosch has finally come to fruition, bringing me back to where my real estate journey began. I’m excited to be back, now working alongside a dynamic team at Pam Golding Properties, right here in the community that first sparked my passion for real estate.
Outside of real estate, I enjoy the rugged trails of Tokai Forest on my mountain bike, as well as hiking in Newlands Forest with my family and our friendly Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Murphy.
