Hello, I'm Garrick Sutton and I look forward to being of assistance to you in the Upper Constantia area. Having lived in Cape Town my entire life, Constantia has always been close to my heart and aspirations.
Real estate has been a passion of mine for many years, and is a major reason why I chose to pursue a career in property. While studying my Bachelor of Science Honours in Property Studies at UCT, this passion grew to new heights with great importance being placed on the investment nature and characteristics of all things brick and mortar, while substituting this heavily with economics, law and marketing. This background gives me great insight into market trends, innovative marketing ideas, and a great in-depth knowledge of contracts.
When it comes down to it though, I truly think I have one of the best jobs in the world. I get the privilege of entering beautiful homes, and helping wonderful people unlock their dreams and aspirations. When I have a free minute, I enjoy getting stuck into the garden, playing a little bit of golf, and exploring all the beautiful restaurants Cape Town has to offer.
