Hi, I am Dex Zweistra. I started working at Pam Golding Properties in 2016, and have since become part of the sectional title team, specialising in sales throughout the Southern Suburbs. Within my first year at Pam Golding, I was awarded the prestigious Gold Club Agent accolade and have since been named Agent of the Year for the most residential sales in the Western Cape every consecutive year since 2019 and nationally since 2022.
After four years of studying, I graduated from the University of Cape Town with a Bachelor of Science Honours degree in Property Studies. Having entered into the working world from a young age, I have always been very ambitious and business-driven. This drive continued throughout university where I gained sales experience through network marketing businesses. Shortly after I graduated, real estate quickly became the perfect fit for my career path. Since then I have never looked back.
My comprehensive understanding of the current property markets, as well as effective negotiation skills, have allowed me to satisfy my client’s requirements and achieve many successful sales throughout my career.
Outside of real estate I live a continually active lifestyle. In my spare time, you will find me either surfing or renovating my own home, both of which are keen passions of mine.
