Ashleigh began her real estate career with Pam Golding Properties in 2015 and received the Top Selling New Recruit award in the Western Cape within her first year.
Her recent record includes Winner National Agent of the Year for Residential by Units in 2026, Winner Western Cape Agent of the Year for Residential by Units in 2026, Winner Western Cape Exclusive Mandates by Highest Units in 2026 and GoldClub Agent status. In 2025, she was Winner National Agent of the Year for Residential by Units, Winner Western Cape Agent of the Year for Residential by Units, Winner Western Cape Exclusive Mandates by Highest Units and GoldClub Agent. She was also recognised nationally and regionally in 2024 and 2023, including Winner National Agent of the Year for Residential by Units in both years.

Born and raised in Cape Town's Southern Suburbs, Ashleigh has a strong connection to the area and an informed understanding of its residential property market. Her experience has developed her expertise in property marketing, sales strategy and guiding buyers and sellers through the full property transaction.
