Hi, I am Ashleigh Chase, I started working at Pam Golding Properties in 2015 and now specialise in residential property sales in Cape Town’s Southern Suburbs, focussing on the areas of Kenilworth and Claremont Upper, as well as Harfield Village and Kenilworth. Within my first year at Pam Golding, I was awarded the accolade for the top-selling new recruit in the Western Cape. Since 2021 I have joined forces with Dex Zweistra and Greg Shiffer as a partnership, we have subsequently been awarded the Agents of the Year award for the most units sold on a national level yearly since 2022.
I was born and raised in Cape Town’s Southern Suburbs and later went on to study at Rhodes University in Grahamstown. Outside of real estate I enjoy volunteering at various animal welfare organisations and exploring the beautiful city of Cape Town and its surrounds.
