Hi, I’m Ashleigh Chase, a dedicated residential property specialist with Pam Golding Properties, where I began my career in 2015. I now focus on residential property sales across the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town. Within my first year at the company, I was honoured to receive the Top-Selling New Recruit award in the Western Cape. Since 2021, I have consistently achieved outstanding results, earning Agents of the Year recognition for the highest number of units sold at both regional and national level each year since 2022.
Born and raised in Cape Town’s Southern Suburbs, I later continued my studies at Rhodes University. My years in real estate have equipped me with strong market insight, strategic marketing expertise, and the ability to guide clients confidently through every stage of the sales process. I am passionate about working with people and take great pride in helping clients find the right home and supporting them through one of the most significant financial decisions of their lives.
Outside of real estate, I enjoy volunteering with animal welfare initiatives and spending time exploring the natural beauty and lifestyle offerings of Cape Town and its surrounds.
