I’m Alexandra van den Heever, a dedicated candidate property practitioner with Pam Golding Properties, specialising in sectional title sales in Claremont and Rondebosch.
Born and raised in South Africa, I completed my BSc Honours in Property Studies at the University of Cape Town in 2023. Following my studies, I spent a year in Perth, Australia, gaining valuable international experience within a property management company. This exposure provided me with a broader understanding of the global real estate landscape, while refining my approach to client service and attention to detail.
Having returned to Cape Town, I am proud to be building my career with Pam Golding Properties, a brand synonymous with excellence, integrity and market leadership.
My passion for property has been a defining thread throughout my life, shaping both my academic and professional journey. I am deeply committed to delivering a seamless and considered experience for my clients, guided by professionalism, clear communication and a genuine understanding of individual needs.
