Hello, I’m Michele Ormrod and I’ve been working with Pam Golding Properties since 1999. I specialise in residential property rentals in Rondebosch, Claremont, Wynberg, Bergvliet, Tokai and Westlake.
As a NQF4 Qualified Agent, I offer a wealth of knowledge and expertise to my clients. During my successful career I have obtained leases up to the value of R60, 000.00 per month in the Stonehurst Mountain Estate. Through working in the real estate industry, I have found that I have a fondness for meeting new people and appreciate that every day is different.
It is an honour to be part of this special organization and to know that I am valued by the business. It is a wonderful company to work for; due to my colleagues, the friendly environment and many training opportunities we have access to through the Pam Golding Training Academy.
