Hi, I’m Sue Rosenberg and I have been with Pam Golding Properties since 2002, and in the real estate industry since 1998. I specialise in residential sales in Clovelly, Kalk Bay and St James in the Cape Peninsula.
With over 25 years in the industry, I hold Real Estate qualifications NQF4 and a UCT Sectional Title Specialist Diploma. My dedication and commitment to the industry has awarded my business partner, Laura Alan and myself with numerous awards with Pam Golding Properties and we were awarded Gold Club 'National Agents of the Year' in our Category for 2023/2024
I take great pride and honour in helping buyers and sellers realise their dreams, building relationships along the way. So very often the buyers or sellers may feel the process of buying or selling is a somewhat cold business transaction however it is so much more, and that is my role as a Real Estate Agent. I endeavour to make the experience an exciting and rewarding experience for all. My clients are aware I am just a call away and I will do everything possible to facilitate the process from the day the sale is concluded to the date of registration, and beyond.
Travel is a great passion of mine, I started travelling in my early twenties and the “bug” has never left me. The charm of Italy is a real favourite, as I have a great interest in Renaissance Art and Architecture. Sailing is another and I have done some island hopping through the Caribbean, enjoying some amazing snorkelling in those warm , clear waters teeming with tropical life.
Relaxation comes with a good book or a long walk with our dog on Noordhoek Beach.
