I am Pam.
One of a kind.
Sandi Gildenhuys is an award recognised residential property specialist with Pam Golding Properties, based in Fish Hoek, the village she proudly calls home. She has worked in real estate since 1999 and has built her career around a genuine passion for property, people and the South Peninsula community.
Sandi began her real estate career with Pam Golding Properties in 1999. After taking a career break in 2004, she returned to the company in 2008, where she has continued to build her property career. During her time with Pam Golding Properties, she has worked as a Residential Sales Agent in Fish Hoek and previously held the role of South Peninsula Area Manager.
Her experience has given her a broad understanding of the property industry, from working directly with buyers and sellers to supporting teams and managing an area. She brings that experience into every transaction, with a strong focus on understanding her clients, building relationships and making the buying or selling process as positive and straightforward as possible.
As a long term Fish Hoek resident, Sandi offers buyers valuable local knowledge that goes beyond the property itself. She understands the different pockets of the village, the surrounding communities and the lifestyle that attracts people to the South Peninsula. She particularly enjoys sharing the local details that can help buyers feel at home, from schools and everyday amenities to the quieter places and hidden gems that residents know and love.
Sandi's professional achievements include Gold Club Agent status on numerous occasions, as well as recognition connected to National Branch of the Year and the Most Improved PGP Commission National Award.
For Sandi, the most rewarding part of real estate is helping people through significant moments in their lives, whether that means finding a home that feels right for a buyer or helping a seller move their property on to its next chapter.
Outside of property, Sandi enjoys an active outdoor lifestyle. Walking and hiking in the surrounding mountains, running along the beach and spending time outdoors with her dogs are among her favourite ways to recharge. Her children are also an important part of her life, and she treasures the weekends when they return home from university and fill the house with life and laughter.
With more than two decades of real estate experience, a deep connection to Fish Hoek and extensive knowledge of the South Peninsula, Sandi offers buyers and sellers a combination of professional experience, local insight and genuine personal service.
