HI, I’m Sandi Gildenhuys and I am an award-winning Real Estate agent with Pam Golding Properties. My love affair for Real Estate began long before my career in property did, which was in 1999 with Pam Golding Properties. Having a father in real estate the industry has always been very close to my heart. In 2004 I took a career break yet couldn’t hide the passion and motivation I have for real estate and returned my focus to what I do best! There is no denying the thrill of closing a deal, there is nothing more rewarding than knowing you have helped someone find their dream home, or a seller passing on their home to another. Each day brings new opportunities and meeting an eclectic mix of people certainly adds value to one’s day.
Since returning to Pam Golding Properties in 2008, I fulfilled the roles of South Peninsula Area Manager and Residential Sales Agent in Fishhoek, my home town. Having an in-depth knowledge of the village and the residents enables me to provide valuable inside information to my prospective buyers. I love to share the little hidden gems of the area, assist with local schooling information and where the best farm stall hide. My commitment has awarded me Gold Club Agent status on numerous occasions, along with National Branch of the year, and Most Improved PGP Commission National Award.
In my free time I enjoy the outdoors, walking and hiking in the surrounding mountains, and breathing in the sea air with a beach run. My gorgeous dogs join me on my outdoor adventures. My children play a huge role in my life and I love having them home on varsity weekends, filling my home with love and laughter.
