Hi, I am Nazeem Salie and I have been working with Pam Golding Properties since 2012. I specialise in residential sales in the Fairways, Ottery and Schaapkraal areas.
I was previously employed as a Sales and Logistics Manager in the dairy industry for 25 years, working for two of the largest dairy companies in South Africa. My career in the dairy industry stretched to the Middle East, working for one of the largest dairy companies in Saudi Arabia as an Area Sales Manager.
I began my career in real estate in 2007 with an independent real estate company. Joining Pam Golding Properties in 2012 has opened many opportunities in the industry through continuous training and experiences. This has ensured, I, as a Property Practitioner, can forge a successful career in real estate.
I enjoy working in the industry, as throughout my working career I have focused on sales, and thrive on the gratification of satisfying client’s needs. The property industry is challenging as an agent has to wear different hats, and on many occasions often just lending a sympathetic ear to clients.
I have 40 – 50% market share in Fairways area and being a resident of Fairways and selling in the area has certainly been advantageous. Being involved with the local Neighbourhood Watch has given me the edge over competitor agents living in the area. I have achieved several top end sales in the Ottery area by selling within a week of listing, as a result of “keeping in touch” with buyers and their needs.
Working in real estate provides agents with flexibility. I enjoy the interaction with people and it is important to continue to build and forge relationships between yourself and clients.
When I am not selling property I enjoy the outdoor life, I enjoy growing and nurturing orchids and love gardening. I go on regular hikes and love spending time with the family.
